At Methods Therapy, LLC Our mission is to EDUCATE clients about their mental health
diagnoses and interpersonal issues. PROMOTE awareness of the adversity clients are faced with.
TRAIN counselors on more effective ways of advocating, providing therapy, and working with
clients that have a mental health diagnosis. ENCOURAGE clients to be active in their therapy
and facilitate a change. And finally, provide a SUPPORTIVE environment for clients where they
will be able to grow and flourish. Methods Therapy, LLC approaches therapy from
a holistic standpoint, looking at the whole person. Our take on therapy is one that is
a collaborative effort in order to facilitate a change within their clients and provide them with the
support needed.
We are now seeking Licensed LGPCs/LCPCs/LGPAT/LCPAT/LGMFT/LCMFT who enjoy
working with children, adolescents,
adults, and couples.
Must be a Licensed clinician in the state of Maryland (Graduate licensed clinicians will be considered) and must reside in the state of Maryland or be willing to commute for meetings and training throughout the year
Job Type: Full-time with benefits
Position Type: A flexible schedule you create, a hybrid, telehealth role
Experience:
• Counseling: 2 years (Required)
Duties:
The therapist will complete intake/diagnostic assessments for their assigned client
The therapist will conduct their individual therapy sessions with their assigned clients and
complete notes within 24-48 hours of the session
Complete treatment plans every 6 months
Attend Supervision and Treatment Team Meetings
Have the ability to work independently and be proactive to anticipate the needs of their clients
Facilitate groups and also compose materials for groups
Communicate effectively in writing and also in person with clients and other members of the
team
Maintain HIPAA compliance regarding patient confidentiality and documents
Exercise integrity and honesty while working with clients and other team members
Use evidence-based treatment modalities in order to aid the client in being successful in therapy

Compensation: Because therapy is not cookie-cutter and is designed specifically for each individual client so is our compensation package. After interviewing we will discuss compensation packages with you that are best suited for you your lifestyle and reflect the values held by Methods Therapy, LLC. This still includes a full benefits package but will vary depending on each clinician that onboards with us for the best suited package that will support a healthy work/life balance. As we don't wish to push productivity standards and we want each clinician to have control over their client caseload we also want to work with you to build a great compensation package that best fits your needs and that is fair and honest according to your experience in the field.
