Group Therapy

At our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, we have a few programs that help those in need of group therapy. We have our standard Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Both our IOP and PHP programs are a blend of substance abuse and mental health needs, creating a behavioral health-focused program that will help clients with psycho-education on mental health disorders, substance abuse disorders, identifying triggers, and developing skills that will help jump-start them on their successful journey.

Our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic focuses on providing individual therapy by our team of therapists and community-based medication management that will be conducted with our Medical Director. The clients will meet with their individual therapist on a schedule determined by their assigned provider to meet their needs. After the initial assessment, some clients may be referred for an assessment with our Medical Director to ensure mediation needs are met if they are in need of medication management and additional support.

Our IOP program will provide 12 hours a week for clients that meet the assessment criteria for this level of care. The IOP Program will be a blend of both mental health and substance abuse curricula based upon the needs of the clients. The curriculum will include various psychoeducational material, art therapy, mindfulness, acupuncture, meditative practices, and yoga therapy. The clients will meet with the medical director while in programming to ensure mediation needs are met if they are on medication management at Methods Therapy, LLC. We will have multidisciplinary team meetings in order to discuss client cases and keep the team up to date with quality assurance protocol measures. This program will be around 8 weeks and clients will graduate at the end of successful completion.

Our PHP Program will provide 20 hours a week for clients that meet the assessment criteria for this level of care. The PHP Program will be a blend of both mental health and substance abuse curricula based upon the needs of the clients. The curriculum will include various psychoeducational material, art therapy, mindfulness, meditative practices, and yoga therapy. The clients will meet with the medical director while in programming to ensure mediation needs are met if they are on medication management at Methods Therapy, LLC. We will have multidisciplinary team meetings in order to discuss client cases and keep the team up to date with quality assurance protocol measures. This program runs anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks depending on the client after graduation clients will transition to the IOP program.
